INNER TIDE - Philosophy:
Movement and stillness belong together.
Our bodies are constantly moving between activity and rest,
holding on and letting go, reaching outward and returning inward.
Inner Tide is a space for both.
Sometimes we meet through movement and breath.
Sometimes through stillness and touch.
Different paths. The same invitation: To reconnect.
An integrative approach to the body
My approach is grounded in my background in physiotherapy and has evolved through years of exploring different ways of working with and experiencing the body.
Along the way, craniosacral therapy, yoga, meditation and energy work, among other trainings and practices, have shaped the way I listen to the body —
its movement and stillness, its rhythms and its inner tide.
Together, these different approaches allow me to meet the body with curiosity, awareness and an openness to what is present in the moment.
Rather than working from one fixed method, I draw from this broad foundation to meet each person where
they are.

The Story Behind
Inner Tide
I believe there is value in feeling at home in our own bodies.
Our bodies carry us through change, challenge, movement, pain, healing and everyday life.
Sometimes they ask for movement. Sometimes for rest.
Sometimes for support, attention or simply the space to be listened to.
My intention with Inner Tide is to create a space where people can meet their bodies with curiosity rather than judgement, whether they come with a specific physical concern, are moving through a challenging time, or simply wish to feel more connected to themselves.
I don't believe there is one path that fits everyone. But I do believe that learning to listen to the body, and allowing it to be heard, can be a meaningful place to begin.
